You can choose a one-time payment (early bird rate of $975), or split your payment 50% now and 50% due 60 days before the event.

If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to fill your seat with someone from the waitlist. If we are able to do so, your payment may be applied to a future event, coaching program, or VIP experience. If we are unable to fill your seat, your payment is non-refundable. Full details will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.

We’ll send out the final agenda and your VIP Day materials closer to the event so you feel prepped and ready—but here’s the general flow you can expect:
9:00 AM – Arrival, light breakfast, settle in
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM – CEO clarity work + hot seat coaching
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM – Catered lunch + connection time
1:15 PM – 3:30 PM – Strategic planning, roadmap building, final reflections
This day is designed with intention and spaciousness. While we’ll keep the structure strong, we’ll also follow the energy of the group to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Just you, your brain, and your favorite pen if you’re particular (we’ll provide a guided workbook, reflection prompts, and everything else you’ll need). If you’re staying overnight, we suggest bringing whatever helps you relax and recharge.
