My journey started nearly 17 years ago in the hotel and event industry. In 2010, I took a leap into entrepreneurship in a rather unconventional way (more on that story later!). Along the way, I've honed my superpowers, including building and selling a successful multi-six-figure business and coaching countless female entrepreneurs within my membership community, The Planner's Vault. Oh, and I have a knack for identifying that elusive background song no one else can hear.

As a professional coach, founder of online communities, investor in small female-owned businesses, and a recovering people pleaser, I've gained a reputation for sharing relatable and impactful expertise. My podcast for wedding pros, Weddings For Real, proudly sits in the top 1% of all podcasts, bringing success and clarity to thousands of business owners worldwide.

And of course, I love spending quality time at home with my husband Jason and our three daughters, trying my best to embarrass them with my hilariously enthusiastic dance moves.
