I’m a business coach, speaker, and host of the For Real podcast — and I know firsthand what it’s like to reach “success” on paper and still feel the pull toward something more aligned.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built and sold a multi-six-figure event business, launched a coaching brand that supports high-achieving women, and created retreats and experiences that help others find clarity, confidence, and direction without burning out to get there.

You can pay in full when you register or choose a payment plan with 50% due at registration and the remaining 50% due 60 days before the event.

We understand that life happens. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll do our best to fill your seat from the waitlist. If we’re able to do so, your payment can be applied toward a future event, coaching program, or VIP experience. If we’re not able to fill your spot, your payment is non-refundable. Full details will be included in your confirmation email after you register.

The experience runs from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and includes guided reflection and clarity exercises, small group work, hot seat conversations, and time to map out your next steps. A light breakfast, catered lunch, and breaks are included throughout the day.
